Innerhalb einer guten Stunde von Yuna, bei Viana do Castelo, kannst du in den Bergen von Peneda-Ger\u00eas wandern, in Thermalb\u00e4dern entspannen, auf einem Schlossgut Wein probieren, mit einem Kitebuggy \u00fcber den Sand fahren, zu einem versteckten Wasserfall laufen oder einen ruhigen Nachmittag in Ponte de Lima verbringen. So gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig ist Nordportugal. Unten stehen unsere Favoriten, sortiert danach, wie weit du fahren willst. Manche liegen direkt vor der T\u00fcr f\u00fcr einen faulen Morgen. Andere sind ein richtiger Tagesausflug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Direkt vor der T\u00fcr<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoch nach Santa Luzia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Wallfahrtskirche <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitportugal.com\/nl\/content\/basilica-de-santa-luzia\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.visitportugal.com\/nl\/content\/basilica-de-santa-luzia\">Santa Luzia<\/a> thront auf dem H\u00fcgel \u00fcber der Stadt, und der Blick von oben ist der, den du beh\u00e4ltst. Er reicht \u00fcber die M\u00fcndung des Lima, die K\u00fcste und den Atlantik, eine Aussicht, die National Geographic einst besonders hervorhob. Du kannst hochfahren, die alte Standseilbahn nehmen oder laufen, wenn dir nach dem Aufstieg ist. Geh, wenn m\u00f6glich, gegen Sonnenuntergang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kitebuggy am Strand fahren<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn der Wind weg ist, aber der Himmel grau, ist das der richtige Tag daf\u00fcr. Ein Kitebuggy von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vianabuggy.pt\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.vianabuggy.pt\/\">Viana Buggy<\/a> l\u00e4sst dich \u00fcber den Strand jagen, und am sch\u00f6nsten ist es bei nassem Wetter oder direkt nach Regen. Trocken bleibst du nicht, aber das ist der halbe Spa\u00df.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Weg von Rodanho nach Amorosa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unser Lieblingsspaziergang von der T\u00fcr aus, und kostenlos. Von Rodanho aus s\u00fcdw\u00e4rts f\u00fchrt der Weg die ganze Strecke durch Pinienwald und D\u00fcnen, ohne Holzstege unter den F\u00fc\u00dfen, nur Sand und Schatten. Er endet an der Praia da Amorosa, wo du bei Maria zum Mittagessen einkehren kannst: drei G\u00e4nge f\u00fcr rund zehn Euro, und jeden Cent wert. Rodanho ist ein kurzer Spaziergang oder eine kurze Radtour von Yuna, du kannst also direkt vom Haus aus starten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Weinprobe auf der Quinta de Curvos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nur f\u00fcnf Minuten von Yuna ist die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.quintadecurvos.pt\/?idioma=en\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"http:\/\/www.quintadecurvos.pt\/?idioma=en\">Quinta de Curvos<\/a> Quinta de Curvos ein ruhiges, nicht kommerzielles Gut mit einem historischen Schloss, ausgezeichneten Weinen und G\u00e4rten, durch die man gern schlendert. Du kannst die versteckten Keller erkunden und ihre Jahrg\u00e4nge probieren, aber ruf vorher an, denn Besuche laufen nach Absprache, nicht spontan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In die Berge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wandern im Peneda-Ger\u00eas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rund anderthalb Stunden landeinw\u00e4rts <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitportugal.com\/nl\/content\/parque-nacional-da-peneda-geres\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.visitportugal.com\/nl\/content\/parque-nacional-da-peneda-geres\">Peneda-Ger\u00eas<\/a>liegt der Peneda-Ger\u00eas, der einzige Nationalpark Portugals und einer der wildesten Winkel des Nordens. Granitgipfel, Flussbecken, Wasserf\u00e4lle, R\u00f6merstra\u00dfen und die kleinen wilden Pferde, denen du unterwegs manchmal begegnest. Nimm gute Schuhe und viel Wasser mit, und plan einen ganzen Tag ein. Wenn du mehr Nervenkitzel willst, ist die Region auch f\u00fcr Rafting und Canyoning bekannt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein Bad in den Thermen von Ger\u00eas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sind ein sch\u00f6ner Abschluss nach einem Tag auf den Wegen, mit Mineralwasser, das warm aus der Tiefe aufsteigt. Gut zu wissen vorab: es ist ein richtiges Spa, kein wilder Pool, der Eintritt ist kostenpflichtig, und der Spa-Rundgang ist ab sechzehn Jahren, passt also eher zu Paaren als zu jungen Familien. <a href=\"https:\/\/aguasdogeres.pt\/\">thermal baths<\/a> are a lovely way to end a day on the trails, with mineral waters that rise warm from deep underground. Good to know before you go: it is a proper spa rather than a wild pool, entry is paid, and the spa circuit is for ages sixteen and up, so it suits couples more than young families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cascata do Pincho<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine halbe Stunde n\u00f6rdlich von uns, versteckt in der Serra d'Arga, liegt dieser verborgene Wasserfall, der einen kurzen Spaziergang belohnt. Unser Tipp: fahr nicht bis ganz hin. Park, wo die Stra\u00dfe enger wird, und folge dem Weg zu Fu\u00df. An einem warmen Tag lohnen sich die Becken f\u00fcr ein Bad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mountainbiken mit Feel Viana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miete ein E-Mountainbike bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.feelviana.com\/\">Feel Viana<\/a> und lass den Motor den Anstieg machen. Von dort erreichst du Wasserf\u00e4lle, wilde Pferde, weite Ausblicke und alte Burgen, ohne Beine aus Stahl. Es ist einer der einfachsten Wege, das Hinterland hinter der K\u00fcste zu sehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein langsamerer Tag<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein Tagesausflug nach Ponte de Lima<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine halbe Stunde landeinw\u00e4rts wird Ponte de Lima oft die \u00e4lteste Stadt Portugals genannt, und sie tr\u00e4gt ihr Alter mit W\u00fcrde. Eine lange mittelalterliche Br\u00fccke \u00fcberspannt den Lima, im Sommer gibt es einen sandigen Flussstrand, und die Caf\u00e9s am Wasser sind wie gemacht f\u00fcr ein langes Mittagessen.
