A design villa with a private pool and sea views
Yuna One sits at the very top of our hillside, where the forest meets the view. It has a private saltwater pool, a rooftop terrace that holds the sun from morning to evening, and long views over the Atlantic. We built it with a local architecture studio for people who love space, light and calm, and who want to be close to nature without giving up comfort.

Large glass doors open the living room onto the terrace and pool, so the house breathes with the day. Have breakfast in the morning sun, slip into the pool between calls, and settle in for a drink as the sky turns over the ocean. The view is never something you look at through a window. It is part of the room.
Thoughtful spaces to unwind
Both bedrooms open onto a quiet rear terrace, cool in the morning and peaceful at night. The bathroom is modern and generous, with a skylight above the shower that lets the daylight and the weather in. The kitchen is fully equipped, with quality appliances and a raised counter for extra comfort. You reach the house up a scenic staircase through the garden, which gives Yuna One its own view and a real sense of seclusion.
